Imperial has a dedicated team focused on delivering industry-leading support against robust and client-specific Service Level Agreements.
Imperial Support is the dedicated support service provided to our customers for recording and tracking all system enquiries and assigning field service engineers where required. This resource provides a four-hour response to routine enquiries or an immediate response if a system is out of action.
As well as undertaking a technical investigation of any report, Imperial Support can also deal with issues directly from its office where remote access to the installed system has been provided. Any technical issue that cannot be resolved by Imperial Support is allocated automatically to our own team of second-line engineers.
Imperial also has accredited engineers at its dedicated repair centre. For all Handheld and Printer Repairs.
