Moving Traffic Legislation: Supporting You to Make the Change

by | Aug 26, 2021 | Blog

Eligible councils wishing to take responsibility for moving traffic offences will soon be required to apply for powers of enforcement – and Imperial is here to help.

This will be the first time that councils outside of London and Wales are able to enforce such offences, which are currently managed by the police.

We know that for many customers their current workload may deter them from applying for these new powers but you can rest assured that the Imperial team is here to support you through this process, utilising our 20 years of industry expertise to ensure you are fully prepared before the new legislation comes into play.

Adapting Your Technology

As already tried and tested by Authorities who already have powers to enforce moving traffic, 3sixty is easily configured to process Moving Traffic contraventions.  Imperial will work with you to ensure all of the progressions needed to enforce Moving Traffic are configured and tested prior to you going live.

Let Us Help You

As your existing technology provider and support network, Imperial is ideally placed to walk you through how your current functionality can be used to support moving traffic enforcement and how to utilise it to achieve the best possible outcome, while introducing you to any new requirements.

Additionally, if you have concerns about managing this area it is worth noting that Imperial has the ability to run the entire process on your behalf via our award-winning Business Processing Unit, thereby leaving staff to focus their efforts on current day-to-day tasks.

If you would like to find out more about what moving traffic enforcement could look like in your region, please get in touch and one of our experts will be happy to talk you through it.
